Synthetic V.S Natural Costume

2016

Inspired by traditional African clothing, This garment is made of natural materials (100% marino wool, 100% cotton srtrings, leather) and synthetic naylon bags. This piece is a reflection of our commercialized society and our transition from traditional and ethnic wear and arts towards cheap, industrialized way of life symbolized by the plastic bags.
